GENERAL RENTAL INFORMATION

CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00 P.M. CHECK OUT
TIME IS BY 10:00 A.M. All check-in
and check-out operations are at our
office at 1007 Sea Mountain Highway. All
keys are to be picked up and returned to
our office. There is a $25.00 charge for
all lost or unreturned keys.

If you think you will be arriving after
5:00 P.M., please notify us so
arrangements can be made for you to
pick-up keys.

RATES ARE
AS FOLLOWS:
High Season - May 23, 2009 through
September 5, 2009
Mid Season - Feb. 28 through May
23, 2009 & September 5 through October
31, 2009
Low Season - October 31, 2009 through
February, 2010
HOLIDAY RATES ARE CONSIDERED A HIGH
RATE.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Rental rates are based on beach
location, condition, and furnishings of
Unit and number people it will
accommodate.

Taxes: S.C. has a 5% Sales Tax, a 2%
Accommodation Tax, a 1.5% City
Hospitality Fee and a 1.5% County
Hospitality Fee 1% Capital project tax for a total of 11%. This
will be added to all rental rates.

Within ten (10) days of phoning in your
reservation, we must receive a deposit
of one-half (1/2) the rental amount.
This can be done with a personal check,
money order, certified check, Master
Card, Visa or Discover. Upon receiving deposit of
one-half (1/2) the rental amount, we
will mail a confirmation showing taxes,
security deposit, and rent balance.

Your TOTAL BALANCE is due at least
twenty (20) days prior to arrival. This
may be paid with a personal check, money
order, certified check, Master card, Visa
or Discover. Any balance at check-in must be
paid with cash, travelers checks, or
certified funds. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT
CHECK-IN TIME.

Damage / Cleaning deposit $150.00 or a credit card number is required . After
your departure, unit is checked for
cleanliness and/or damages. If unit is
clean and there are no damages, the
credit card number will be shredded.
If there is a problem with unit you will be
informed of a charge being placed on
your credit card. If you would like you
may have
departure maid service. The cost is $75
for condos and $150 for houses. Please advise
our office when you check-in. If you
request maid service you will need to
check out by 10:00 A.M., remove all
garbage and make beds.

Refunds will be made on cancellations
only if unit is re-rented. A $100.00
cancellation fee will be deducted from
refund. We offer travel insurance as an
option on all reservations.

Linens, towels, soaps or paper products
are not supplied. You must furnish your
own. Kitchens are equipped for simple
cooking and housekeeping.

We cannot guarantee appliances or air
conditioning. Repairs will be made as
soon as possible after they are
reported. We cannot issue refunds for
mechanical failures. Upon check-in,
please check the refrigerator setting.
Dial should be on the middle
temperatures. DO NOT SET refrigerator
past 5 or C. DO NOT overload the
refrigerator with warm food. Keep the
refrigerator door closed for a minimum
of 3 to 4 hours. Air conditioning
thermostat must be set on cool, fan on
auto, and temperature not below 72
degrees. Please keep all doors and
windows closed so the unit can cool
properly.

PLEASE - NO PETS. If a pet is
discovered in a rental unit, you will be
asked to vacate with NO REFUND.

NO HOUSE PARTIES
Must be 25 to rent.

All rental units are privately owned; as
agent, we reserve the right to refund
deposit, refuse admittance and/or
discontinue occupancy if, in our
opinion, same is detrimental to the
premises.

We cannot guarantee pool use or
maintenance of same in complexes.
-
Please observe all posted rules and
regulations.

Condominium parking is limited. Please
conserve - MAXIMUM TWO (2)
automobiles per unit. Permits required
for most units. No more than 2 permits
will be issued.

PLEASE -
No charcoal grills on balconies or
porches.
-
Sleeper sofas are not recommended for
adults as they may be uncomfortable. No
refunds can be issued if found
uncomfortable.

If there is a telephone in unit, all
long distance calls should be made with
a calling card or collect. A $10.00
collection fee will be charged to you if
a direct dial long distance call appears
on the owner's bill. This will be in
addition to the cost of the call. The
same will be applied for cable.

Bed Codes and other abbreviations:
K=King Q=Queen DB=Double TW=Twin or
single BB=Bunk Beds TR=Trundle bed (twin
or single which rolls under another bed)
Cent. H/A=Central heat and air
conditioning D/W=Dishwasher
M/W=Microwave W/D=Washer and Dryer
